By accessing this website, registering for, purchasing a ticket to, expo at, sponsoring, volunteering at, speaking at, working at, or attending the TRANSPORTATION EVOLUTION EXPO, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

Attendance at Your Own Risk

Participation in and attendance at the TRANSPORTATION EVOLUTION EXPO,is voluntary and at your own risk.

By entering the Event premises or participating in any Event-related activity, you knowingly and voluntarily accept the ordinary risks associated with attending a conference, expo, networking event, outdoor activity, tailgate, banquet, gala, demonstration, vendor area, parking area, or other Event activity.

These risks may include, but are not limited to, slips, trips, falls, crowds, weather conditions, food-related reactions, illness, interactions with vehicles or equipment, property loss or damage, transportation incidents, acts or omissions of third parties, and other risks that may occur at a large public event.

Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, each attendee assumes responsibility for their own health, safety, conduct, belongings, and participation.

By attending or participating in the Event, you agree to release and hold harmless FIVE8 LIVING SOLUTIONS INC, ,TRANSPORTATION EVOLUTION EXPO, its organizers, officers, directors, employees, volunteers, contractors, sponsors, exhibitors, speakers, vendors, venue operators, affiliates, and representatives from claims, demands, losses, damages, injuries, expenses, or liabilities arising out of or relating to your attendance or participation, except to the extent liability cannot legally be waived or limited.

Nothing in this notice is intended to waive liability that cannot lawfully be waived, including liability where prohibited by applicable law.

Personal Property

Attendees are solely responsible for their personal property, vehicles, equipment, luggage, electronics, merchandise, cash, and other belongings.

The Event organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, misplaced, or unattended property.

Vehicles, Parking and Outdoor Areas

Parking and use of parking lots, truck parking areas, outdoor exhibit areas, tailgate areas, loading zones, and vehicle display areas are at the vehicle owner's and participant's own risk.

Drivers are responsible for safely operating, parking, securing, and insuring their vehicles.

Event organizers are not responsible for vehicle damage, theft, towing, accidents, citations, or property left in vehicles except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

Medical Emergencies and Health

Attendees are responsible for determining whether they are physically able to participate in Event activities.

The Event does not provide medical advice and does not guarantee the availability of medical personnel unless expressly stated.

In an emergency, Event personnel may contact emergency medical services. Any medical treatment, transportation, or related expenses remain the responsibility of the individual receiving those services.

Food, Beverages and Allergies

Food and beverages may be provided or sold by independent caterers, food vendors, venues, sponsors, or other third parties.

Attendees with food allergies, medical dietary restrictions, or other health concerns are responsible for asking vendors about ingredients and making appropriate decisions for their own health.

NO DRUGS, ALCOHOL, SMOKING OR VAPING

Event organizers reserve the right to refuse service or remove any individual whose behavior creates a safety concern.

Sponsors, Vendors, Speakers and Exhibitors

The participation of a sponsor, vendor, exhibitor, speaker, influencer, government agency, or other organization does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee by TRANSPORTATION EVOLUTION EXPO, or its nonprofit host FIVE8 LIVING SOLUTIONS.

Attendees are responsible for independently evaluating any product, service, business opportunity, employment opportunity, insurance product, financial service, training program, investment, or professional advice presented at the Event.

Educational presentations are for informational purposes only and should not be treated as legal, financial, medical, tax, insurance, regulatory, or investment advice.

Schedule and Event Changes

Speakers, exhibitors, activities, programming, locations, schedules, entertainment, and other Event details are subject to change without notice.

The organizers reserve the right to postpone, relocate, modify, shorten, cancel, or reschedule all or part of the Event due to weather, public safety concerns, government action, emergencies, venue issues, acts of God, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Any refund or credit policy will be governed by the Event's posted registration and refund terms.

Conduct and Removal

The TRANSPORTATION EVOLUTION EXPO, is committed to maintaining a safe and professional environment.

Event organizers may deny entry or remove anyone who engages in threatening behavior, harassment, fighting, illegal activity, unsafe conduct, excessive intoxication, disruption, damage to property, or conduct that interferes with the Event or the safety of others.

Removal may occur without a refund when permitted by applicable law and the Event's registration terms.

Photography, Video and Recording

The TRANSPORTATION EVOLUTION EXPO, may photograph, livestream, film, or otherwise record activities occurring at the Event.

By entering Event areas, attendees acknowledge that they may appear in photographs, video recordings, social media content, livestreams, promotional materials, advertisements, websites, or future Event marketing.

To the extent permitted by law, attendance constitutes permission for the Event and its nonprofit host to use such general crowd or Event imagery without additional compensation.

Anyone needing a special accommodation concerning photography should contact us before the Event.

Minors

A parent or legal guardian is responsible for any minor attending the Event.

Minors must comply with all Event and venue rules and may be restricted from certain activities or areas.

No Guarantee of Results

The TRANSPORTATION EVOLUTION EXPO, provides education, networking, resources, introductions, and opportunities. We do not guarantee employment, contracts, financing, business revenue, sponsorships, investments, licensing approvals, regulatory outcomes, or any other specific result.

Agreement to These Terms

Registration, ticket purchase, participation, or entry into the Event constitutes acknowledgment that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
